Terranova Corp. and Stoltz Realty Co. negotiated these leases, which are estimated to be worth at least $4.6 million. In the transactions, Kaplan College—which has several sites in Palm Beach County--signed on for 24,371 sf; Alfred Angelo signed on for 21,391 sf to be used as the company's headquarters; and Applied Digital Solutions signed on for 8,000 sf for six years. The company, currently based in Palm Beach, is moving as part of a corporate relocation and expansion.

Other tenants there include Morgan Stanley. Terranova is the building's property manager, and Stoltz Realty Co. handles leasing.
