The single tenant property, located at 10705 W. Flagler St., is 3,047 sf. The building was built in 2002 on a 24,306-sf lot at Laguna Plaza. Pleskow purchased the restaurant for nearly $1.4 million in January 2003, according to the Miami-Dade County property appraiser's office.
