In one deal, Fisk Electric Co. leased 13,462 sf of industrial space at 10125 N.W. 116th Way. Trammell Crow Co. represented Fisk Electric. In the other transaction, Center Bros. leased 3,500 sf of industrial space at 995 N.W. 116th Way.

In both leases, Stuart Gordon and Pedro Garcia of Codina Realty Services Inc. Oncor International represented Jacksonville, FL-based Flagler Development Co., the owner of Flagler Station, formerly called Beacon Station.

Flagler Station will have approximately nine million sf of commercial and industrial space and amenity retail space on 960 acres at full build-out. Currently, the park has approximately 4.5 million sf. At the business park, typical leases are mid-term, and average asking rental rates are around $5.40 to $6.35 per sf gross.
