Friedman Inks Suburban Leases

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Friedman Real Estate has announced office lease deals in Novi and Southfield. A software company and an auto-related business are the two tenants.

FARMINGTON HILLS, MI-Farmington Hills-based Friedman Real Estate Group, Inc. recently announced two local leases. Friedman completed the lease of 3,203 sf of office space in Novi to Centor Software Corp. This space is located in the Crystal Glenn Building at 39555 Orchard Hill Place in Novi. Friedman’s Roxanne Larson and Dan Verderbar represented both the landlord, Northwestern Mutual and the tenant, Centor Software Corporation in this transaction.

Friedman also recently negotiated the lease of 3,862 sf of office space in the Courtyard Building located at 28316 Franklin Rd, in Southfield. The new tenant is Phoenix Automation Group, which occupied the space this month. Todd Hawley and Dan Verderbar of Friedman Real Estate Group represented the landlord, Rosin Management, in the lease transaction.
