Sporting a brick façade at the intersection of Rte. 26 and Monocacy Blvd., the Shops at Monocacy already has a list of tenants onboard, including Giant Food store, which will serve as the property anchor in a 58,000-sf space. Hair Cuttery, Sandy Spring Bank and Service Cleaners have also signed on for space at the strip mall. Including the 13-acre parcel on which it sits, the shopping center will have cost $21.3 million to develop upon its scheduled fall completion.
