In the sales center, a scale model showcases the all-glass tower. The outdoor patio showcases the bay views that each residence will feature. The sales center also houses kitchen and bath models. The European-style kitchen has white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, while the bath has marble flooring, granite countertops, a freestanding glass shower, a bidet and a double sink.

BAP-GGM Development, a joint venture between BAP Development and GGM Developers, is developing the 28-story tower, which will consist of 118 one- to four-bedroom residences plus 12 lofts. Prices range from $345,000 to $1.9 million The project is scheduled to break ground in September.
