$42M Condo Project Opens On-Site Sales Center

MIAMI-Onyx on the Bay, a planned $42-million luxury, waterfront condominium development in the city, has opened an on-site sales center. The center is located at 665 N.E. 25th St., just off Biscayne Boulevard in the city’s new arts district. Hilda Morello is the project’s sales manager.

In the sales center, a scale model showcases the all-glass tower. The outdoor patio showcases the bay views that each residence will feature. The sales center also houses kitchen and bath models. The European-style kitchen has white marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, while the bath has marble flooring, granite countertops, a freestanding glass shower, a bidet and a double sink.
