Located at 4000 Dawnbrook Dr., the complex was constructed in 1986 and consists of three-story structures that contain a total of 282,627 rentable sf. ITW Mortgage Investments II acquired the complex in the early 1990s and recently made significant capital improvements, including a new clubhouse and leasing center, a putting green, updated balconies, a new mail center and new pool furnishings.

Robino Stortini Holdings is a local real estate investment entity. It acquired the property for future appreciation, according to the brokerage firm involved in the deal.

GMH Capital Partners of Newton Square, PA negotiated the sale. The GMH brokers in the deal were Gary Holloway Jr., Eric Mattson and Morgen Busch. Holloway was not immediately available Monday for further comment.
