The principals of MLJ Holdings own Webeco Foods, which plans to operate from the building. Plans include the installation of a 15,000-sf refrigeration system for the company and related entities to be used for the warehousing and distribution of food.

Webeco Foods is the brand owner and distributor of Gayo Azul and other imported dairy products in the US. An entity related to Webeco, Cadur Trading, distributes Keebler, Mission Foods, Cuetara, Otis Spunkmeyer, as well as other cookie and cracker brands.

Ernesto Casal, a broker with Alliance Cos. of Miami, represented MLJ Holdings in the transaction. Wayne Romaski of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sellers.
