In the recent transaction, Bill Bacon with CB Richard Ellis' Global Corporate Services acted on behalf of Chase Automotive Finance. The lessors were represented by CB Richard Ellis brokers Jeb Bakke, Brent Wright and Bret Gossett.

Chase's new lease, along with recent contracts inked by tenants Intel and Abbott Laboratories, has brought the occupancy level at Legacy Sabre Springs up to nearly 60%. Intel has taken 40,161 sf here and Abbott Laboratories has signed on for 14,680 sf. Additional tenants include Bank of America's Consumer Real Estate Division, Pacific Republic Mortgage and Keller Williams Realty. The Raymond J. Lucia Cos., which was the first tenant to take space here, has its 11,000-sf corporate headquarters located at Legacy Sabre Springs.

Encompassing a total of 281,830 sf, Legacy Sabre Springs is comprised of two class A, six-story facilities that stand at 13500 and 13520 Evening Creek Drive North in the I-15 Corridor. Completed in March 2003, the complex features integrated access for fiber optic cable, data and telephone services; two-story lobbies; and flexible floor plates designed to accommodate a range of tenants. Amenities include an exterior sand volleyball court, an exercise facility, and locker facilities with showers.
