SAN DIEGO-Legacy Partners Commercial Inc. and Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc. have signed on a new tenant at their Legacy Sabre Springs office project, which is now more than halfway leased. Chase Automotive Finance has inked an $8.3-million agreement for office space in the two-building complex. The entity of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. will take 61,106 sf here, according to the terms of its five-year lease.

In the recent transaction, Bill Bacon with CB Richard Ellis’ Global Corporate Services acted on behalf of Chase Automotive Finance. The lessors were represented by CB Richard Ellis brokers Jeb Bakke, Brent Wright and Bret Gossett.
