"What this does is focus the office," Bruce Mosler, Cushman & Wakefield president of US operations, tells GlobeSt.com. "We felt we had the opportunity to bring in some talent; they were the folks we targeted and they were the only ones we wanted. They are the go-to guys in this area. They are the market in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor."

As "marquis players," Berk and Millard will help the real estate services firm further penetrate the suburban Washington, DC market. "Cushman & Wakefield in Downtown Washington, DC is a premier player," Mosler notes. "We have a strong presence in McLean, but we want to expand it, and we want to expand into Maryland.
