C&W Taps Two Industry Vets to Head Expansion

MCLEAN, VA-Seeking to branch out in Northern Virginia and stake a claim in new territory, officials at Cushman & Wakefield have brought in two industry veterans as senior directors out of the McLean, VA office. Peter Berk and David Millard, both of whom have nearly two decades of experience, waved good-bye to colleagues at Transwestern Commercial Services after an eight-year stint to join the Cushman & Wakefield team.

“What this does is focus the office,” Bruce Mosler, Cushman & Wakefield president of US operations, tells GlobeSt.com. “We felt we had the opportunity to bring in some talent; they were the folks we targeted and they were the only ones we wanted. They are the go-to guys in this area. They are the market in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor.”
