HFF Hires Loan Servicing Leader

HOUSTON-David Croskery, a 15-year professional of loan servicing and commercial real estate, is named managing director for loan servicing. He replaces William Wheaton, a six-year HFF exec who's transitioning into another role within the department.

HOUSTON-Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP has hired a 15-year professional in loan servicing and commercial real estate to lead the department from the Houston headquarters.

David Croskery, now managing director, replaced William Wheaton, a six-year HFF employee who is continuing with the department, but transitioning to a new role. Nancy O. Goodson, HFF’s COO, said in a press release that Wheaton “had been a part of the tremendous growth in HFF’s servicing portfolio.”

Croskery previously was asset manager for Shell Real Estate Services. He also worked as real estate director for American General Investment Management, where his duties included oversight for loan servicing and the REO portfolio.
