The first $48-million phase of the three-month-old venture at 270 Centennial Olympic Park Dr. has sold 14 units for a total $36 million since the first of year. The project is averaging $1 million a week in sales, Southeast Capital principal Satish Lathi tells GlobeSt.com.

"Demand continues to increase, in part due to the continued growth around the Olympic Park and the locations evolution into the premiere entertainment district of Atlanta, adjacent to CNN, all the major sports venues, the new Georgia Aquarium and World of Coke attractions, and its proximity to the Downtown business district," Lathi says.

He expects the sales momentum to continue throughout the year. "As the units are released for sale by the developer, they are being sold in a matter of a few weeks," Lathi says. "We are not taking reservations."

The 14 January sales included one-bedroom condos for $241,600 to $299,000 and two-bedrooms for $338,000 to $445,000. Three penthouse suits went for about $650,000 each. The living areas of the units range from 780 sf to 1,850 sf.

Museum Tower's amenities include concierge service, rooftop pool and deck, fitness center, clubroom, a guest suite, business center and a conference room. It is the first residential component of Centennial Hill, a large mixed-use project being developed by the three partner companies.
