Michelle Wogan and Glenn Mireles, both in the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the building owner, Old Vine-Kingwood Associates LP of Denver in the negotiations. Wogan tells GlobeSt.com that E Productions changed its name several times over the years, but the oil and gas firm has been in the class B building nearly a decade. The facility is situated in the Kingwood section of North Houston.

E Productions is taking over space that's been vacant for some time, according to Wogan. There is about 36,000 sf to fill in the 140,000-sf structure, which carries a rent ranging from $14 per sf to $16 per sf. The tenant was self-represented.
