Oil, Gas Operator Adds 19,790 SF

HOUSTON-E Productions Solutions boosts its commitment to 60,000 sf at 22001 Northpark Dr. in the Kingwood section of North Houston. The 10-year tenant signs a long-term lease for the extra office space.

HOUSTON-E Productions Solutions, a subsidiary of Houston-based Weatherford International Ltd., has signed a long-term office lease for an extra 19,790 sf at 22001 Northpark Dr., where it already occupies 40,000 sf.

Michelle Wogan and Glenn Mireles, both in the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis Inc., represented the building owner, Old Vine-Kingwood Associates LP of Denver in the negotiations. Wogan tells GlobeSt.com that E Productions changed its name several times over the years, but the oil and gas firm has been in the class B building nearly a decade. The facility is situated in the Kingwood section of North Houston.
