The 24-story, 354,000 sf building is nearly 50% occupied. Among its office tenants are Meredith & Grew Inc., Federal Development, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Citizens Companies LLC. The ground floor retail space is occupied by American Express Travel, Rebecca's Café, Stone Photo and Profilio Hair Design.
Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the building is about $33 per sf.
