Frantone's had been on that corner, across from Macomb Mall, for about 30 years. The new building will be constructed by MJM Group LLC, based in Oakland County's Orchard Lake, says Steve Truman director of Roseville's building department. The new stores in the center are expected to include a Starbuck's Coffee with a drive-thru window, the Vitamin Shoppe, Quizno's Subs and EB Games.
MJM also will be renovating its existing 14,400-sf building, which is immediately south of the new location. That strip, which includes Radio Shack, Leslie's Swimming Pool Supplies and the Futon Stop Mattresses & More, will be given a face-lift to match its new neighbor.
