United Picked for Centennial Lakes and Burnside Plazas

MINNEAPOLIS-Gabbert & Beck has hired United Properties to manage the 197,000-sf Centennial Lakes Plaza retail center in Edina and to manage and lease its 83,000-sf Burnside Plaza in Burnsville.

MINNEAPOLIS-Gabbert & Beck has hired Bloomington, MN-based United Properties to provide property management for Centennial Lakes Plaza and property management and leasing services for Burnside Plaza, two retail properties in the southwest suburbs of the Twin Cities. United will provide management for Centennial Lakes Plaza, a 197,000-sf retail community center located at 77th Street and France Avenue in Edina, a prime business and retail location. Current tenants include Q.Cumbers Restaurant, OfficeMax, Old Navy, Organized Living and Ultimate Electronics.

Burnside Plaza, which is near Burnsville Center on County Road 42 in Burnsville, is an 83,000-sf neighborhood center featuring retail tenants such as Frank’s Nursery and Crafts and Buca DiBeppo. United Properties‚ Beth Holmgren is the senior property manager for both sites. Kim Meyer and Tricia Pitchford, United Properties retail associates, are leasing at Burnside Plaza.
