And the ground-floor retail space has been let in two separate deals to Barratt Homes (Southern Counties) and Venture Portraits. Barratt has taken 2,505 sf at £50,100 ($94,000) per annum and Venture Portraits has taken 1,870 sf at £35,000 ($65,000) per annum.
