Mortgage Firm Stakes Out Long-Term Spot

HOUSTON-Partners Lend America settles into a 4,200-sf office at 1616 Voss Rd. with a relocation that doubles its space and upgrades its image from a class B building to a class A address.

HOUSTON-Partners Lend America, a Houston-based mortgage firm, has moved four miles east into a 4,200-sf office at 1616 Voss Rd. in the Galleria submarket.

Signing a long-term lease, the firm, which also has an office in Austin, doubled the operations area in a relocation from 50 Briar Hollow Lane. Michelle Wogan with the Houston office of CB Richard Ellis Inc. tells GlobeSt.com that Partners Lend America wanted to expand as well as upgrade its image by moving into a class A building. Also, the location of 1616 Voss, nestled just inside the 610 Loop, worked well for the tenant.
