Strategic Properties Plans $30M Project

MIAMI-Strategic Properties, a locally based developer formed last year, is planning to develop an estimated $30-million mixed-use project on Biscayne Boulevard. Strategic Properties closed on the 54,000-sf property, which has 360 feet of frontage on Biscayne Boulevard, and plans to break ground on the company’s latest development in August.

The project will consist of offices, retail space and residential units, according to Henry Pino, founder and president of Strategic Properties. Pino could not be reached for details about the size of the project. The project is planned to be similar to another Strategic Properties development at 4300 Biscayne Blvd. The company closed on this two-acre parcel late last year and plans to turn a 42,000-sf office building into office condos and add approximately 170 residential units.
