Gables Marquis will consist of 177 residences in a 20-story tower. The residences will range in size from 792 sf to 2,460 sf under air. Pre-construction prices range from the $180,000s to the $600,000s.

Cohen, Freedman, Encinosa & Associates Architects PA designed the condominium complex. The units will feature state-of-the-art kitchens with custom-designed European cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, luxurious master baths with Roman tubs, open living rooms, large walk-in closets and private balconies and terraces. Amenities will include a tropically landscaped sundeck, a Palazzo pool and spa, a summer kitchen with a barbecue area, a social lounge, a meeting room, a business center, a fitness center, valet parking and concierge services.

EB Developers, based in Boca Raton, FL, has been developing and building in the South Florida multifamily residential market for more than 10 years. Besides Gables Marquis, EB Developers is currently developing the Promenade at Doral, a garden-style condo community with 770 residences; two luxury town house communities in Lantana; and two residential and commercial communities in western Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens.
