"There is a definite need for additional capacity here in the Richmond area, so I predict strong use by local veterans," Commissioner of Veterans Services Jon Mangis says. "I also see a number of partnerships we can develop by constructing the Care Center on the existing VA hospital grounds." The new center is scheduled to open in the fall of next year.
