In his new post, O'Donnell, whose office is in the city, will direct marketing of office and industrial investment sale operations in Palm Beach and Broward counties. The Private Client Group of CB Richard Ellis falls under the Investment Properties division, which specializes in the disposition of non-institutionally owned assets.

With his recent hiring, O'Donnell is returning to CBRE after working for Trammell Crow for four years. At Trammell Crow, O'Donnell, who has nearly 20 years' experience in the real estate industry, was a vice president and co-director of the company's Investment Properties Division in South Florida. He focused on both institutional and non-institutionally owned office and industrial assests for Trammell Crow.

In the last nine years, since he entered investment sales, O'Donnell has participated in the sale of mainly office and industrial properties priced at more than $450 million combined, or nearly six million sf. He has a management degree from Eastern University in Wayne, PA.
