The temporary center is located at 151st Street and Biscayne Boulevard. The permanent sales center is set to open later this year. Biscayne Landing itself will be located by Biscayne Bay, near Oleta State Park and the Florida International University campus, at 151 Street and Biscayne Boulevard. The development, designed to be an urban village, is to be built on nearly 190 acres.

Plans call for the project--which is expected to take 10 years to complete--to include about 5,000 condominiums, at least one hotel and a 100,000-sf town center. The project's two- and three-bedroom residences are priced from $295,000. The sellout value of the units is approximately $2.5 billion. The exclusive listing brokerage is International Sales Group.

The project is being developed jointly by Deerfield Beach, FL-based Boca Developers and Hollywood, FL-based Swerdlow Real Estate Group. Boca Developers specializes in luxury high-rise condos, while Swerdlow specializes in commercial real estate development.
