Plans are made to demolish the existing building and completely rebuild to accommodate the new restaurant. Construction is expected to begin in the spring with a targeted opening date sometime during the fall of 2004. The restaurant is making its debut in Michigan and selected this location for its close proximity to the popular Somerset Mall. David B. Friedman, president and CEO of Friedman Real Estate represented the owner, Drummer Associates, in the transaction.
