The Colonial Heritage Williamsburg Country Club and Sport Center will sit on Arthur Hills Dr. amid an existing golf course. The country club segment will account for 32,000 sf, while the sports center will be 9,000 sf in size. Other amenities being built into the facility are a golf pro shop, snack bar, restaurant, game room, and additional multipurpose rooms. Swimming pools and tennis courts will also be added to the mix.
For Hubert Construction, the Williamsburg project marks the second such endeavor the company has been chosen to develop as of late. The company is also constructing the $3.5 million, 6,600-sf Campus Way Community Center complex in Landover, MD.
