New 40,000-SF Country Club Coming to Williamsburg

WILLIAMSBURG, VA-The town’s pool of luxury recreational facilities has been tapped for growth, now that construction of the new Colonial Heritage Williamsburg Country Club and Sport Center has gotten underway. Hubert Construction LLC is spearheading the building of the 41,000-sf project on behalf of developer US Homes. The $5.7 million facility is expected to open its doors to guests in March of next year.

The Colonial Heritage Williamsburg Country Club and Sport Center will sit on Arthur Hills Dr. amid an existing golf course. The country club segment will account for 32,000 sf, while the sports center will be 9,000 sf in size. Other amenities being built into the facility are a golf pro shop, snack bar, restaurant, game room, and additional multipurpose rooms. Swimming pools and tennis courts will also be added to the mix.
