Advantis Expands in Suburban Maryland with New Duo

BETHESDA, MD-Planning to increase its presence in the Suburban Maryland market, Advantis Real Estate Services Co. has tapped the two-person industry power team of Robin A. Burke and Andrew M. Cole to join its locally based Advantis/GVA office. The two, who both left roles as vice presidents at CB Richard Ellis, have come on board as senior directors.

Burke comes to Advantis/GVA with over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, accounting for the representation of more than three million sf in property marketing, leasing, and sales transactions. For his part, Cole brings about twenty years of experience to the table, as well, and has racked up in excess of 3.5 million sf in property transactions. “Andy and Robin bring immediate credibility and experience to our team, especially in the landlord services arena,” says Kevin J. McGloon, director of brokerage for Advantis/GVA’s Suburban Maryland office.
