WASHINGTON, DC-Ownership of 1441 Rhode Island Ave., a two-year-old multifamily property, has changed hands in a recent transaction. With the assistance of real estate services firm Cassidy & Pinkard, Fairfield Residential LLC sold the property to a buyer operating under the name 1441 Rhode Island LLC.
