Crestpointe Corporate Center is just one in a series of low-rise office and flex properties on the 7000 block of Samuel Morse Dr. in Howard County. Colliers Pinkard leases space at the four-year-old office structure for $21.50 per sf on behalf of the property owner, Abrams Development affiliate AAK III LLC. For Mettler-Toledo, the deal will allow for the consolidation of two of its area locations. Todd Grinspoon of the Rockville, MD office of real estate services firm Cassidy & Pinkard represented the tenant in the transaction.
