Mark Nicholas with the Houston office of Staubach Co. tells GlobeSt.com that the firm signed a long-term lease for abutting shell space at 1610 Greens Rd. The firm is a subsidiary of Amsterdam-based Draka Holding NV, which manufactures cables for power, control, signal, data & telecommunications and marine use.
The 12.4-acre Central Green Business Park is a two-building complex with 118,400 sf and an asking rate of 36 cents per sf. Situated close to George Bush Intercontinental Airport, the two-year-old project was developed by Trammell Crow Co. David Hudson in TCC's Houston office negotiated the lease.
