Innkeepers USA Trust owns extended-stay hotel properties throughout the US. The company owns 66 hotels with 8,185 suites or rooms combined in 21 states. Innkeepers focuses on acquiring and/or developing Residence Inns by Marriott and other upscale extended-stay hotels and rebranding and repositioning hotel properties. The company recently acquired 59 of 60 planned leases from its main lessee, Innkeepers Hospitality, for nearly $5.3 million, with the last lease expected to be acquired this quarter.
