The sales office for Gables Marquis is located at 3232 Coral Way. International Sales Group was founded in 1994 by Phillip Spiegleman and Craig Studnicky and has handled sales for many South Florida communities.
Gables Marquis, to be located between the cities of Coconut Grove and Coral Gables, is a planned 20-story tower with 177 residences ranging from 792 sf to 2,460 sf under air. The residences include eight Carriage Homes and five penthouses. The homes are pre-construction priced from the $180,000s to the high $600,000s.
EB Developers, based in Boca Raton, FL, is currently involved in several other South Florida multifamily residential projects, including the Promenade at Doral, a 770-residence garden-style condo community.
