Percussion is relocating its corporate headquarters from Stoneham, MA. The move has enabled the firm to double its space, which it anticipates it will need for future growth. "This was a good deal all around. The tenant located space at a good price in a great property, and the landlord leased a good deal of space to a top-notch tenant," notes Pontiff.

600 Unicorn Park is located in Unicorn Park, a six-building 600,000-sf master planned office park situated along Route 93, 10 miles north of downtown Boston and one mile south of Route 128/Route 95. Lease rates for this deal were not available, but the average asking rent for office space in the area is about $19 per sf.
