Chrissy J. Wilson, a 20-year professional, left Hines to become a TCS senior vice president. While at Hines, she oversaw more than three million sf and generated more than $2 million in revenue last year.

"We enjoyed having Chrissy work for us and we wish her well in whatever she does," says David Kelley, Hines' senior vice president.

William Deane, hired as managing director of retail services for TCS' Southwest region, also has more than 20 years' experience in commercial real estate. He previously worked for Triyar Cannon Group in Los Angeles, directing operations for four regional malls and shopping centers with an aggregate of five million sf plus. Kam Mateen, Triyar owner and general partner, says he wishes Deane success in the new endeavor.

At Yancey-Hausman, Thompson Green was hired for tenant representation. He previously worked for 13 years with Pappas Restaurants Inc., most recently as a general manager.
