The plans for VenAventura LLC's $22-million project originally called for seven-story towers. However, like the first phase, Phase II will have 96 residences, including one-, two- and three-bedroom residences priced between the $300,000s and more than $600,000. The two towers will be connected by a two-story atrium.

Residents will have access to a 22-boat slip private marina and a boardwalk. Amenities also include two waterfront pools, a Jacuzzi and a sundeck, a fitness center with steam and sauna rooms, and a barbecue area.

In advance of the launch, Abraham Watnik has been hired as a new sales associate for the project. He has served as broker/owner of Select Homes, as well as working in residential real estate for Gimelstob Realty, Better Homes, Coldwell Banker and Beachfront Realty.
