Sestech Environmental, which has offices in Dallas and Baton Rouge, is relocating from 15311 Vantage Parkway West, about three miles west of Greenbriar Place. Eileen Cook with Sestech Environmental says the company outgrew the Vantage Parkway address and needed additional space to hire more employees.

Greenbriar Place is a five-story, 147,402-sf office building near the George Bush Intercontinental Airport in a submarket with an 11.3-million-sf office inventory, which is 84% leased with an average rent of $16.55 per sf. In comparison, Greenspoint Place is 75% leased and its advertised rate is $15 per sf.

Charlyn Brown with Yancey-Hausman in Houston represented Sestech Environmental in the negotiations. Wanda Wilson and Marci Phillips, a team with Houston-based PM Realty Group, represented the building owner, KBS Realty Advisors in Newport Beach, CA.
