Consultant Finds New Houston HQ Address

HOUSTON-Sestech Environmental, outgrowing its existing address, takes 4,186 sf for the long term in the 75%-leased Greenbriar Place on the north side of town. The relocation delivers much-needed room for another hiring round.

HOUSTON-A nationwide environmental consulting firm will move into the corporate headquarters into a 4,186-sf office in a long-term lease for Greenbriar Place at 650 N. Sam Houston Parkway East in North Houston’s Greenspoint submarket.

Sestech Environmental, which has offices in Dallas and Baton Rouge, is relocating from 15311 Vantage Parkway West, about three miles west of Greenbriar Place. Eileen Cook with Sestech Environmental says the company outgrew the Vantage Parkway address and needed additional space to hire more employees.
