A groundbreaking was held for the high-rise building which consists of 135,000 sf with 96 units. The building is located between Franklin and Custom House Streets on the edge of the new Rose Kennedy Greenway in the city's financial district. The 14-story building will feature 118 underground parking spaces, and 5,500 sf of high end ground floor retail. Units are being sold for prices ranging from $350,000 to two million dollars. Completion is scheduled for late 2005.

"This project brings 24-hour vibrancy into the financial core," says Kyle B. Warwick, principal of Spaulding & Slye Colliers. "We are creating a piece of mixed-use city fabric that connects Broad Street to a new open space network and accessible harbor."
