Accounting Firm Takes on 21,000 SF

TIMONIUM, MD-The office structure off I-83 at 9690 Deereco Rd. has made room for another occupant. Accounting firm Katz, Abosch, Windesheim, Gershman & Freedman PA has signed a lease for 21,000 sf in the 135,000-sf building. NAI KLNB markets space at the 15-year-old property on behalf of property owner Corporate Office Properties Trust for $23 to $23.75 per-sf. NAI KLNB and Corporate Office brokers represented Corporate Office in the deal, while Corridor RF&S stood in for the tenant.

“9690 Deereco Rd. is a landmark office building in the Northern Baltimore County marketplace and it is extremely attractive to high profile companies looking for both visibility and convenience,” NAI KLNB’s Joe Nolan says. “The project offers immediate access to the Hunt Valley Business Community, it is located just 20 minutes from downtown Baltimore and is surrounded by a comprehensive array of business and services and amenities, including hotels and fine restaurants” Other tenants in the eight-story building include Fireman’s Fund Insurance Co., and venture capital firm Grotech Capital Group.
