206,692-SF, Class A Assignments Change

HOUSTON-Williford Property Group will manage 750 and 800 Bering Dr. while leasing duties fall to a Cushman & Wakefield team in Houston. The changing of the guard results from the December sale of the class A pair to a local investor.

HOUSTON-The new owner of 206,692 sf in a pair of class A, Galleria-area office buildings has tapped Williford Property Group and Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. for property management and leasing, respectively.

Jeff Williford, president of Houston-based Williford Property Group, tells GlobeSt.com about $100,000 will be spent on capital improvements to both buildings’ garages and landscaping along with upgrades to 800 Bering Dr.’s lobby and 750 Bering Dr.’s covered sidewalk. “We plan to keep the current tenants through timely capital improvements and pro-active maintenance of the buildings,” he explains. Leasing duties fall to C&W’s Kevin Snodgrass and Chip Horne in the Houston office.
