The property sits between the A6 and A10 motorways, which run between Paris and the south of France. The project will rise in cooperation with the City of Wissous and the Agence Fonciere et Technique de la Region Parisienne.

Phase One of development should begin in early 2005 and will be ready for occupation in the second quarter of 2006, providing 170,000 sf of office space. Akeler Developments chief executive Trevor Silver says the project is one of the most notable opportunities in Ile de France and "we are confident that the development will significantly enhance the southern Paris economic region."

Taking it a step farther, Silver says the office park will be a landmark, "the likes of which has never been seen in France before," and one that will attract "leading national and international companies." The architect for the development is Aukett. Bouygues Bâtiment Construction Privee will be the general contractor.
