The project will consist of an eight-story building with 28 tower residences, along with two luxury three-story villas. It will be located on the corner of Valencia Avenue and Cardena Street in the Biltmore section of the city. The sales center is located at 1940 Ponce de Leon Blvd.

The luxury residences will range in size from 1,831 sf to 2,727 sf and are pre-construction priced from the $600,000s to $1 million. The project was designed by architect Luis Revuelta of Revuelta, Vega, Leon Architects in Miami. Units will feature oversized eat-in kitchens, open family rooms, large walk-in closets, marble baths, private balconies and terraces. Community amenities include a social room, a pool and an exercise room.

Valencia Grande is Weitzer's first mid-rise condo project in Miami-Dade County and its first new community in the county since developers Harry Weitzer and Jim Rosewater made the company private in 1999. Weitzer Communities has built homes in South Florida since 1976. The company has built, marketed and sold more than 6,000 homes, as well as developed residential and commercial land, and built multi-story condo and office buildings.
