ColliersArnold Sets Up New Pay Plan for Execs

TAMPA, FL-Ten of the top executives at locally based Colliers Arnold Commercial Real Estate Services could be receiving fatter pay checks this year resulting from a new partnership restructuring.

The 30-year-old brokerage posted $400 million in 2003 lease and sales volume from its four offices in Tampa, Fort Myers, Clearwater and Orlando. Now the company is consolidating the four regional partnerships into a single corporate partnership.

The new partnership includes company chairman Lee Arnold and president J. Patrick Duffy, both in Tampa; managing director Matt Sullivan and senior vice president Susan Morris, Orlando; Howard Rosenthal and Russ Sampson, Clearwater; John Mounce and Carl Lippekl, Fort Myers; and Ron Sparks and Mike Milano, Tampa.
