Cushman & Wakefield of Massachusetts Inc.'s financial services group of Robert E. Griffin Jr., Edward C. Maher, Marci Griffith Loeber and Christopher T. Griffin represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

The 45,586-sf building was developed in 1999 and is currently fully leased, with American Express occupying half of the building. Among the other tenants are Healthsouth Braintree Rehabilitation Center and Heanthsouth MRI Center.The three-story building is near the MBTA Quincy Adams Red Line station and the South Shore Plaza, as well as Routes 3 and 128.

"The building's strong tenancy, quality of construction and location within Crown Colony Park made it a very attractive opportunity to a number of investors, both private and public," says Maher, an executive director with Cushman.
