75 Newbury St. is a 29,227-sf retail center located on Route One, directly across from Home Depot. The center is near Route 114 and its tenants include a mix of regional home furnishings retailers including Able Rug, Eastern Butcher Block, Heartwood Kitchens and European Wood Floors. "Circle Furniture is a perfect complement to the mix of tenants in this home furnishings oriented center," says Mace. He notes that the Danvers/Peabody retail market continues to grow and, he adds, it "is still a very attractive regional market for retailers expanding in Massachusetts."
