Mustang Mill Supply took over 10,000 sf at 3611 Clinton Dr., signing a medium-term lease for a corner of a 58,000-sf building owned by Bayou Vista Ltd. John Ferruzzo, Barrett Gibson and Travis Land,. all in the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial, represented the owner of the now 65%-occupied building, which carries a quoted rent of 30 cents per sf. The tenant was self-represented.
In the southeast submarket, Pacific Coast Retreaders Inc. moved into a 9,993-sf building at 3703 Lapas Dr., part of a twin set of warehouses owned by the locally based Lapas Icon Inc. Land tells GlobeSt.com that Pacific Coast, signing a medium-term deal, filled a building emptied about nine months ago. The property's asking rate was 33 cents per sf gross.
